I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the customer service I am receiving from all your staff. In particular, Derrick, who stayed back on Fri night determined to successfully complete my iPad set up. Which he did, when others would have fobbed me off until Mon. Reg, Courtney and Callum who I have also had dealings with, could not be more polite or helpful.
