How do you work out your price?

Our pricing is simple, we charge per site, per user, and per server. We offer different agreement plans to suit your budget and have no lock in contracts.

How do I get started?

Contact us and we can discuss your options over the phone or organise a time to sit down and go through your requirements. We will then complete an IT audit.

What's included in the IT Audit?

Our review process is not the usual “free audit” you see with other companies. Ours is comprehensive, it not only includes information about your entire infrastructure, but also includes a roadmap, budget, and a strategy document. This details where your IT is at currently and where we need to get to. It gives you a complete picture of what your infrastructure looks like over the next two years and more importantly exactly what your IT is going to cost.

How long are your managed service contracts?

We do not have any contracts for our managed services. We love our customers and hold ourselves accountable for your IT. So we don’t force anyone into long term contracts – it’s all month by month. Some of our internet services through our suppliers however, do have some contracts.

How long does it take to get started?

We can get started as quickly as today as long as you have admin passwords for your servers, routers, PCs, etc.

Can you build and move us over to Sharepoint?

We have two Sharepoint experts in house that can create a SharePoint teamsite for you. The will customise it to meet your needs, and train everyone to use it.

We need to change our phone system to VoiP. Do you do that?

We sure do! We are experts in cloud-hosted phone systems. Our solution integrates with the most popular apps and services, including Microsoft Teams, CRM, email, and collaboration Solutions, ensuring 360° connectivity for your business.
