Lindentech first took over our IT in 2014 when we were having issues with stability and capacity in our infrastructure. We had simply outgrown our current IT provider. They weren’t able to give our users the support they needed, which resulted in the users being frustrated and unproductive. When Lindentech came on board and did an IT Audit and strategy workshop with us, it made it clear to us that we needed to have someone that not only understands technology well, but also able to implement and support the infrastructure.
They gave us a clear, easy to understand plan for the next 12 months and a well defined budget to set our expectations. Over the next 6-12 months Lindentech executed key projects to get our infrastructure to a point where it could support a team of 30 scattered across the city.
