The CRN Impact Awards recognises the positive impact that IT businesses in Australia have on their customers. Running in Australia since 2017, the awards are open for partners, distributors, and vendors to enter into, with awards being split into six distinct categories – Business Transformation, Workforce Empowerment, Modernising Infrastructure, Trusted Systems, Network Evolution, and Customer Experience.
This year the team at Lindentech have made their way into the finalists for the Workforce Empowerment category.
Workforce Empowerment
The Workforce Empowerment category specifically highlights Australian companies that have assisted their customers staff to be more productive. Every week Lindentech helps hundreds of customers to resolve their IT related issues, speed up their work processes, and optimise their IT systems to maximise efficiency and boost productivity.
What did we do?
Last November, the team at Lindentech worked on a project that brought a highly modernised telecommunications infrastructure to the workforce at HelpingMinds, a mental health support service that assists carers or friends and family of people who are living with mental health challenges in WA.
As a result, the project reduced costs and improved the calling flexibility for the team at HelpingMinds.
What is CRN?
CRN (Computer Reseller News) provides insights, coverage on major events, resources, and reports on everything IT in Australia. The company was established in Australia in 1998, however it dates back even further to 1982, originating in the United States as a magazine brand.
Today CRN is an internationally respected and recognised company, still having its magazine published in several countries worldwide, including Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom, and many more.

The team at Lindentech are proud to be part of the national finalists and are looking forward to the winners being revealed on August 15 at the CRN Impact Awards Gala dinner. Over 200 people gathered at the dinner in 2023, and we’re looking forward to being part of the crowd this August.
