We have used Lindentech to support our IT infrastructure needs for a number of years and continue to use them due to the responsiveness of their support and their focus on ensuring our systems are maintained regularly to avoid major issues. The helpdesk is always appropriately responsive and is usually able to resolve issues on the first call.
