Important Contractual information

Please note that all clients will be locked in for a commitment of 12months from July 1st. You can increase users at any time and the annual commitment will be prorated however after the initial 72 hours you will not be able to reduce the seat count until the end of the 12 month subscription.

If an annual commitment doesn’t suit you may choose to pay month to month so you can alter your users throughout the year – however this advantage will incur an additional loading of 20%. Eg. M365 Business Premium will be $30.25 on an annual contract, $36.30/month on a casual month to month.

Please advise us by April 30th if you DO NOT want to be locked into a yearly commitment else your subscriptions will automatically roll into the 12 month annual commitment.
